Federation Piano Festival - March 3

Adam, Albert, Amanda, Caroline, Dilan, Fernando, Gabriella, Hailey, Hunter, Isaac, Jillian, Joshua J., Joshua V., Lauren, Marianna, Rachel, Sky, and Sophia performed at Federation Piano Festival on March 3, 2018 at the Performing Arts Center at University of New Orleans.

Adam, Albert, and Lauren were selected for MMC Festival Honors Recital on March 24.

Bach Contest - March 10

Adam, Albert, Hailey, Hunter, Lauren, and Sky participated at Bach Contest on March 10, 2018 in Ursuline Academy of New Orleans.

The competition was organized by Ursuline Academy of New Orleans. You can read more about the event here.

All the students received superior finalist rating and certificates. Adam, Hailey, and Lauren took the first place in their categories. Albert, and Hunter shared second place. Adam, Albert, Hailey, Hunter, and Lauren received medals. Sky received an honorable mention and a ribbon.

Piano Competition - April 14

Lauren participated at piano competition on Apr 14, 2018 in Newcomb at Tulane College.

The competition was organized by Metairie Music Club. You can read more about the event here.

Lauren won the 1st place in high school division and received check for $100.

Piano Rally - April 21

Albert, Hailey, Hunter, and Sky participated at New Orleans district piano rally on April 21, 2018 at Communications/Music Complex at Loyola University.

Rally was organized by New Orleans Music Teachers Association. You can read more about the event here.

All students received over 90% in all categories. Albert won 3nd place in level I, Hunter won 2rd place in level I. Albert and Hunter were admitted to Torgrimson/Swanzy Competition state finals in Baton Rouge, LA. Hunter won 1st place in level I state finals at LSU.

Steinway Competition - April 28

Adam and Lauren participated at Steinway Piano Competition on April 28, 2018 at Hall Piano.

LFMC Junior Convention - May 12

Gabriella and Rachel participated at LFMC Junior Convention on May 12, 2018 at UNO.

Rachel received Honorable Mention in piano solo preparatory III division.
